After BJP’s massive victory in Delhi Assembly Polls, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy predicted that BJP will soon register similar victory in all the three Congress ruled states Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana, whenever elections are held.
He said that the BJP will definitely fly the saffron flag in the upcoming elections in the three states. He lamented that as long as Rahul Gandhi is there, the Congress party will not win anywhere in the country and the party workers themselves do not trust Rahul Gandhi’s leadership.
He alleged that Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal are thinking the same way, they do not want to win and they are doing politics thinking that BJP should not win. He reminded that Delhi voters defeated corrupt leaders like Kejriwal and Sisodia. He pointed out the liquor scam as the main reason for the defeat of AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi elections.
He commented that the people rejected AAP because Kejriwal indulged in beer and brandy. He said that the verdict given by the people in the Delhi elections has made it clear whether Kejriwal is guilty of the liquor scam or not, and the court has to decide.
He alleged that Kejriwal, who entered politics promising to fight corruption, has ultimately become the address of corruption. He said that the Delhi results have set an example of what happens when a government gets mired in corruption. He said that the people of Delhi believed that development and welfare are possible only with the BJP and they won it with a huge majority.
Kishan Reddy said that the people did not support the AAP government in Delhi because it got mired in corruption. He said that the people rejected the promises made in the name of many free schemes in the elections and recognized that the future is with BJP and the guarantee is with Modi and voted for him and made him win.
Meanwhile, he said that everyone feels sorry for the poor condition of the Congress in the country. He said that this is an incalculable number of defeats for the Congress under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. He said that the Congress has ducked out in three consecutive assembly elections in Delhi.
