The Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrasekhar Rao has irked the YSRCP head Jagan indirectly with his latest comments. The BRS Chief’s new speech regarding the land prices of Telangana while compared with that of AP explains everything.
Ever since Jagan assumed office in 2019 and proposed the three capital rule in order to dilute Amaravati, the land prices of Amaravati and in fact almost all the state has gone down while the prices of one acre in the proposed AP capital soared to the sky during the tenure of ex-CM Chandrababu Naidu. It is an open fact that the real state came down heavily under Jagan’s regime and the same was reiterated by the Telangana CM. KCR laid the foundation stone to construct a huge hospital in Patancheru with more than 500 beds to accommodate as many people as they can and he spoke about the increased land prices in Telangana.
KCR stated that earlier when AP was united in Naidu’s ruling, people used to sell one acre in AP and buy 5-7 acres in Telangana but thanks to the new government, the land prices of Telangana are more expensive than AP. He backed himself for the increase in real estate by explaining that only by BRS’s ruling and governance, Telangana’s land value rose exponentially. Whatever KCR claims, the fact that he is taking YS Jagan’s rival CBN and linking it with the decreased land rates in AP by comparing them to Jagan’s regime is indeed an indirect insult, opine political onlookers.
