It’s exactly one month left for the Telangana state general elections and all the political parties are gearing up for the electoral battle chalking out their own winning strategies.
Congress has been the front-runner in many aspects of the state and is giving sleepless nights to the ruling party BRS. Ahead of the general elections, the BRS chief Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be quite upset with a rush of deflections in the party. He seems to be very much bothered about the resignations happening in the party. It is heard that KCR has given strict instructions to the party leaders to deal with the deflections immediately.
Many key leaders in different constituencies have resigned from the BRS and joined the Congress in recent times. Speculations are rife that some more key players in the ruling party are about to shift their loyalties. Have to wait and see how KCR puts a checkmate to the flurry of deflections. As of now, KCR is currently focussing on the root levels of the party which includes villages and Mandal level. KCR has also initiated a special war room in every constituency to know the public pulse.
