Telangana Jagruti president and former BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha has put a special focus on the Jubilee Hills by-election. There are reports that she is formulating an action plan for this election. It seems that Kavitha is also meeting key leaders for this. As part of her plan, she is trying to assert her political presence by fielding a strong candidate from the Telangana Jagruthi Party in the Jubilee Hills by-election.
In this context, the special meeting between Kavitha and former Jubilee Hills MLA P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy on Monday is creating a stir in political circles. Many believe that Kavitha is formulating a strategy to field him as a candidate. It seems that the Jubilee Hills by-election and several key issues were discussed during their meeting.
It is reported that the talks lasted for more than half an hour. However, after meeting Kavitha, Vishnuvardhan Reddy clarified to the media that he had invited Kavitha only for the Dussehra celebrations of Jubilee Hills Peddamma Talli. He stated that he had given her an invitation letter to attend these celebrations.
However, many believe that political discussions took place between them. He also did not counter such speculations. Meanwhile, there are rumors that Kavitha may announce her party name during the Bathukamma celebrations this year. The Jubilee Hills contest in Telangana is now becoming prestigious for the main parties.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and BRS Executive President KT Rama Rao are mobilizing their parties to win here. CM Revanth has come to an assessment on the Congress candidate. It is almost certain that Maganti Gopinath’s wife will contest from BRS. Developments are changing rapidly for this by-poll in Congress. The number of contestants is increasing.
The BJP is considering the names of two people to finalize their candidate. BJP leaders will officially announce their candidate next week. Already, union minister G Kishan Reddy has been visiting various divisions daily to mobilise party cadres. At the same time, Kavitha, who was unexpectedly suspended from BRS, is interested in engaging in election-related activities.
