The Chief of YSRCP, Jagan Mohan Reddy interacted with an all-party meeting with his MLAs and regional in-charges to give them a direction and mandate in order to prepare them for the upcoming general elections.
Jagan who got a detailed list of his MLAs and their performance in hand from his strategist PK is said to be furious with some of his sitting MLAs. According to the reports, as many as 32 MLAs are in the red zone as their neither participate in any door-to-door programs nor have any good name from the voters of their respective constituencies. In this regard, the AP CM warned these MLAs to ensure they change their behavior and complete all the programs directed by him as soon as possible. He warned his leaders not to give the MLA ticket once again if they fail to showcase any change in their approach to their constituencies.
Political analysts point out Jagan rather than those MLAs who aren’t participating in government programs because those MLAs are rather feared of the backlash of people due to the YSRCP government’s insane ruling. Meanwhile, opposition leaders are happy that there are many dents within the party as Jagan’s own MLAs are not cooperating with him.
