The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi is all set to tour the state of Andhra Pradesh on the 11th and 12th of this month. Amidst the visit, the ruling party YSRCP is showing more excitement, and involvement and creating more drama than the BJP’s AP wing.
Going into the details, the secret camaraderie between the central government and YSRCP is a known thing by now even to the common voters. To add more credibility to their bonhomie, the latest developments in the city of Vizag stand as living proof. On one hand, AP-BJP says that it has no information from the party’s central office, and the YSRCP government claims that they have news about Modi’s entire tour plan to Andhra on the other hand. As BJP leaders almost kept their silence, the state government is making all the necessary arrangements in the steel city.
Not stopping there, YSRCP-backed media outlets also state that the most awaited Vizag Railway Zone will be granted and a foundation stone shall be laid by PM himself. The AP BJP wing, which has been waiting to take the credit for getting the special railway zone, is now furious at its own center for giving more importance to its rivals rather than its own branch of AP.
BJP leaders also decided not to take part in any of the state government’s programs as it will only benefit YSRCP and their tall claims. Coming to the special railway zone, was officially granted but later was shelved due to the less feasibility of the zone’s demographics. It will be a huge relief for the people of Andhra Pradesh if the PM really starts the Railway Zone works despite which party takes credit for it as it’s already overdue for the past three years.
