It’s official: KCR won’t go for early polls

Thursday, November 14, 2024

Telangana CM KCR gave much-needed clarity on whether or not to go for early elections this time in a recent party meeting the other day. Talking about the future course of action for his party TRS, KCR revealed interesting details.

It’s a known fact that TRS has been happy with the Munugode results and displaying confidence. To amplify it, KCR went for an all-party meeting at his Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad with all the leaders and cadre of the pink party. Speaking to the scribes, KCR stated that the entire goal of the party is to win for the third time and create a hat trick in Telangana. For this, The most experienced leader asked his cadre to work hard and go to common people and make them understand how the TRS government is giving many benefits to the needy and developments made in the last two terms.

On this note, the TRS Chief clearly said that this time, the elections will happen in the second half of next year, quashing the rumor of going for early elections just like the previous time. Not stopping there, the two-time CM directed his leaders not to worry or fear BJP and its motivated ED and IT raid on the houses of MLAs. The BRS founder gave a wonderful chance to all the sitting MLAs with tickets yet again for the upcoming general elections. He concluded the party speech by lambasting the BJP Government and its leader Modi for trying to buy four of his MLAs and opined that the law will take its course of action with time

This is indeed a shocking piece of news for political enthusiasts who almost bet on KCR going for early elections. As the surveys are good and the recent win of Munugode might tempt him to go for early elections. Experts however say that KCR is not going for early polls as the real surveys have shown an increase in anti-incumbency and going early would fetch bad results.
