The city sessions court of Hyderabad finally gave bail to the YSRTP Chief YS Sharmila on her latest arrest for assaulting Police on duty. The court found her guilty but granted freedom with a couple of conditions.
It is a known fact that YS Sharmila got arrested in front of her house while she sat on the road protesting against the BRS Government and the Police Department since she was denied permission to stage a dharna in front of the SIT office for the TSPSC paper leak. She assaulted two Sub-Inspectors and slapped a lady constable and a series of sections were charged against her. Sharmila was arrested on Monday morning and shifted to Chanchalguda jail overnight. Today, the civil court granted her bail with double sureties of 30,000 each. She should inform and take permission from the local SP if she has to leave India for abroad. Also, the sister of the AP Chief Minister should visit the Jubilee Hills PS whenever she gets informed.
Many netizens hail the court’s decisions, some are pointing at the Police for not charging YS Vijayamma for slapping a lady constable while she was obstructed to meet her daughter in the Police Station. The videos of both Sharmila and Vijayamma are doing rounds in the two Telugu States.
