The High Court granted relief to the Tollywood senior actor Mohan Babu, the chairman of Sri Vidyanikethan Educational Institutions, and his sons. As we know that Vishnu, Manoj, and numerous others were charged with breaching the election code of conduct and disrupting traffic in March 2019 by holding a dharna at the campus gate. The matter is currently being handled in Tirupati’s Court of Fourth Additional Junior Civil Judge. In order to get the case dismissed, Mohan Babu and his sons filed litigation in the High Court.
