The Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted anticipatory bail to the former chief minister and the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu in the Angallu Case with a personal surety of one lakh rupees.
Posani Venkateswarulu who was representing Chandrababu has taken to the notice of the court how the YSRCP activists hurled stones on the TDP chief and also submitted the videos regarding this. He also said that the ruling party has made a complaint after 4 days of the incident which itself proves that the case is a false one. Posani made it clear that CBN along with a few other leaders has taken permission for the rally and it’s the ruling party that has indulged the violence. Posani also reminded the court that several others in this case have already got the bail.
The High Court which has reserved the judgement yesterday has given a verdict granting Chandrababu Naidu an anticipatory bail in this case.
