The TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu’s judicial remand in the Skill Development case has been extended to November 1st by the ACB court.
As the remand period has come to an end, the authorities have produced Chandrababu Naidu virtually in the ACB court. The judge inquired CBN about his health condition to which he responded saying that he have some problems regarding his health and safety in the prison. Chandrababu has taken it to the court notice by stating that he has doubts regarding his security of life and health. The ACB court has asked the officials regarding this and the officials have responded by saying that there is a medical team that is monitoring CBN’s health continuously.
The judge has asked the officials to submit the health records of CBN from time to time. Responding to CBN’s concerns about his safety in prison, the court has directed him to submit a written letter of complaint regarding the same.
