Siddipet MLA Harish Rao criticized the Congress party for failing to deliver on its promises, calling their claim of providing ‘Tulsi Gold’ nothing more than empty words. Speaking at the distribution of CMRF cheques at the Siddipet camp office, Harish Rao pointed out that the Congress government’s promises, including the pension hike, Rythu Bandhu, and Tulsi Gold, have been ignored.
He accused the Congress government of being one of “evasion and cuts,” highlighting that pensioners have not received their payments for the past two months. “The Congress party came to power on a foundation of lies,” Harish Rao stated, adding that there is no funding even for essential needs like diesel, and that mid-day meal workers have not been paid for eight months. He also mentioned that hostel workers are similarly going without their salaries.
