Former YSRCP minister RK Roja claimed that the video released claiming that former Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy was responsible for the death of a man named Singayya near Etukur of Guntur district was a fake one. It may be recalled that a case was registered against Jagan based on the video that Singayya died due to falling under his car.
She alleged that the coalition government has filed a case against Jagan as part of its faction-building activities. She lamented that they are filing illegal cases because they cannot stand Jagan’s popularity and that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan are doing diversionary politics.
In the incident on the 18th, she recalled that the SP himself had earlier said that Singayya’s death was not due to Jagan’s car. But on the 22nd, she wondered if the SP brought out a fake video and said that Jagan’s car was hitting him. And what will the intelligence do about this incident for four days? Are they sleeping?, she asked.
Roja wondered how the video that the police did not have came out. She alleged that Chandrababu, Lokesh and Pawan were behind the video and that they were filing cases because they were in power. She made it clear that Jagan was not a heartless person who would trample a person if he fell.
Recalling that during Lokesh padayatra his brother-in-law Taraka Ratna was dead, she asked how many people did they kill in Godavari Pushkaram, Simhachalam, Tirupati and Kandur? Roja made harsh comments asking how many cases should be filed against Chandrababu Naidu? Stating that two people died at the Game Changer movie function, she said that a case should be filed against Pawan for that.
In the P4 scheme, Roja suggested first the wives of Chandrababu, Lokesh and Pawan should distribute their assets to the people. Then the rest will also gain confidence, she said. She said that the coalition government had cheated by saying that they would give unemployment allowance and that they had made it their job to lie instead of implementing the promises made.
She said that after the coalition government came to power, only Lokesh, Pawan Kalyan and 164 MLAs got jobs, but over 30 lakh people in the state were cheated without even a word of respect.
