Former AP Minister P Anil Kumar, one of the prominent leaders for YSRCP from Nellore district has challenged that he would quit politics if any of the three suspended MLAs from the Nellore district wins the next elections. He condemned the suspended four MLAs’ statements that they haven’t cross-voted in the recently concluded MLA quota MLC elections.

Anil Kumar said that the suspended MLAs should ask their conscience whether they cross-voted or not. He stated that the party had a secret code through which they will get to know whether any MLA cross-voted or not.

The former IT minister said that he will stay with YS Jagan for the rest of his political career. “I will contest from YSRCP if I was given a ticket. If not, I will support the candidate whom Jagan picks,” he said.

He added, “I doubt if any political party would give tickets to the suspended MLAs.”
