As we all know, the YSRCP sympathizer Posani Krishna Murali made some baseless allegations about Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan the other day and the Janasena Party has taken this seriously and filed a complaint against this writer-turned-politician Posani.
Despite the leaders of Janasena trying their level best in lodging a complaint, the police have not booked a case on AP Film Development Corporation Chairman Posani Krishna Murali as he belongs to the ruling party YSRC. Fed up with no action taken by the police, the leaders of Janasena have approached the High Court in this context. Taking up the petition, the High Court has ordered the Rajahmundry police to file a case on Posani.
Following the orders of the High Court, a case has been registered on Posani under sections 354, 355, 500, 506, 5007, and 5009. The Jansena seems to be going more aggressively than before.
