The rebel MP of the YSR Congress Party, Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju filed a complaint in the month of June to the Election Commission of India stating that a large number of bogus votes were registered in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has clearly mentioned in the complaint regarding the irregularities that are happening in the state and brought to the notice of the election commission that a large number of votes have been registered under the same door number and many votes of the people who were eligible have been removed from the electoral list. Responding to this complaint made by the MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju, the Election Commission of India has replied back saying that it would take necessary measures to remove the bogus votes.
The ECI has also mentioned that there are 27,13,443 bogus votes registered in the state of A.P. Over 2,50,000 votes were enrolled with zero number as the house number. The ECI also stated that as many as 1,57,939 cases were found where more than 10 persons were enrolled under the same door number. These figures will not only blow the mind of the people but also raises a question regarding the credibility of the government.
