Senior TDP leader and former MLA Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar alleged that the YSRCP is making false allegations that riots took place where the Election Commission changed police officers. Lamenting that YCP leaders disturbed peace in Palnadu, he alleged that some of the ruling party leaders have colluded with some police officers to attack and wreak havoc on the TDP workers.
Now, he said shamelessly they are accusing TDP and Chandrababu Naidu for poll- related violence. Aren’t videos and local people revealing who attacked whom?, he asked.
He said that the ruling party plotted to create terror among voters and win the polls by any means.
But, he said to their surprise people waited patiently in ques till late night to vote with a determination of defeating YCP. As this has cleared people have rejected them, Narendra said they are resorting to false allegations against the opposition and the police officers.
He said that even now they should realize that they cannot deceive people with lies and false accusations forever. He ridiculed that many YCP leaders are leaving for foreign countries as their defeat is certain.
Meanwhile, TDP’s Narasaraopet MP candidate and sitting MP Lau Srikrishna Devarayalu has refuted YCP’s allegations that polling in Palnadu took place within the purview of TDP. He also strongly condemned them for spreading rumors that the Palnadu SP and his family have close relations.
He demanded that Planadu violence should be probed from all aspects and he can be named if they found any evidence against him. Then, he said even they can add his name in the FIR. He said that he has never talked with the SP, even over the phone.
On the otherhand, TDP leaders complained along with AP CEO Mukesh Kumar Meena to investigate and take action on the conspiracy going on against TDP in Palnadu.
