Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan Addresses Water Crisis and Development Plans in Kadapa

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan made significant remarks about the water crisis in Kadapa during the Parents-Teacher Meeting held at Kadapa Municipal School. He admitted that he hadn’t anticipated such severe water issues in the region.
Pawan Kalyan pointed out that since two Chief Ministers had emerged from Kadapa, he expected most local problems to have already been addressed. However, he expressed his surprise at the current dire situation of the water crisis in the district.
The Deputy CM highlighted that the government had allocated Rs. 45 crore for the Pulivendula drinking water project. He assured the residents that efforts would be made to resolve the water issues, ensuring that the community’s hardships are alleviated. He also stated that the government’s objective is to guarantee that citizens do not face any difficulties in accessing drinking water.
Furthermore, Pawan Kalyan spoke about the development potential of Rayalaseema, emphasizing that it is not a backward region but a land with abundant opportunities. He paid tribute to the historical significance of the region by mentioning notable personalities born there, such as Annamayya, Vemana, Puttaparthi Narayana Acharya, KV Reddy, and Uyyala Narasimha Reddy.
