The Munugode by-polls have become the talk of Political enthusiasts and common people in the state of Telangana as it reflects the pulse of voters for the upcoming general elections.
The latest developments are alarming that neither TRS nor BJP but the Telangana Congress would decide the winner. For those who are confused, take a plunge into the interesting details.
TRS party has been excessively campaigning to bag Munugode to increase its vote bank prior to the general elections and BJP is working hard to showcase its growing popularity in the state of Telangana by acquiring the seat thereby pushing the once strong party T-Congress.
Even though Congress lost its charm in Telangana as many leaders have jumped to other parties, it still has its little vote bank which is a minimum guaranteed. Munugode, known for its Dalit voter percentage used to vote in Congress in the past but later TRS took a share in it.
So it is likely that BJP known for its Hindutva principles would not get the Dalit votes such that TRS would win finally. Some TRS leaders are even trying to influence Congress party leaders to get as many Dalit votes as possible for Congress to tear BJP’s vote bank.
Thus the TPCC became a decider in Munugode by-elections and as of now, it might favor TRS but not BJP. Political analysts however think the opposite and favor BJP by looking at the recent history of such triangular fights in Telangana.
The Bypolls of Dubbak and Huzurabad were bagged by BJP against TRS and Congress as some voters went with BJP denting Congress’s vote bank. Let us wait and see who bags Munugode finally.
