Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed his anger over the power struggle over the ash removal from the Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant (RTPP) between BJP MLA Adinarayana Reddy and former MLA and TDP leader JC Prabhakar Reddy. Expressing his anger over their attitude, he warned that he will not spare any one who creates law and order problems.

CM Chandrababu spoke to the CMO officials and district officials about the incident and got to know the details. The CM expressed his anger over the political dispute over the ash removal. Expressing dissatisfaction with the behavior of the leaders of both parties, Chandrababu deplored the behaviour of the leaders to bring a bad name to the government.

He ordered the officials to submit a full report on the entire incident. CM Chandrababu instructed the high-ranking officials to ensure that there is no problem in terms of law and order and to be strict in this regard.

The leaders of the alliance from Jammalamadugu and Tadipatri insisted on free ash in RTPP. The police were deployed heavily on the information that if lorries come from Tadipatri for fly ash, they will stop them. Along with this, the police have made arrangements in the wake of JC Prabhakar Reddy writing a strong letter to Kadapa District SP Vidyasagar.

The police are checking the vehicles coming from Tadipatri by setting up check posts at Talla Proddatur, Kondapuram, Muddanur and RTPP. Even though 6 lorries belonging to JC came to RTPP, the organizers stopped them from loading ash.

The locals are insisting that JC Prabhakar Reddy should give them half of the contract. The organizer Sanjeeva Reddy said that JC Prabhakar Reddy should pay about Rs. 70 lakh  for loading fly ash here, including all the labor costs. The police are sending leaders without staying in the surrounding areas.

In this order, the police have imposed Section 144 at the RTPP in Yerraguntla mandal of the district. The police have clarified that Section 144 will be in force in the surrounding areas and police have been deployed heavily at the RTPP since the morning.
