He announced that the ‘Talliki Vandanam’ scheme is being implemented with Rs. 10,000 crores to provide financial security to poor mothers who dream of educating their children. He said that in the first installment of the Annadata Sukhibhava scheme, the state government has deposited Rs. 5,000 and the center Rs. 2,000, making a total of Rs. 7,000 in the accounts of farmers.

He said that 47 lakh farmers have been provided with Rs. 3,173 crore through this scheme. He explained that 3 cylinders are being given free of cost per year under the Deepam scheme and Rs. 2,684 crore are being spent annually. He said that so far 2 crore subsidized cylinders have been given.
