CM Chandrababu Get positive Response From Abu Dhabi Industrial Giants To Explore Investment opportunities

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu participated in several business and industrial conferences in Abu Dhabi on the second day of his UAE visit. The visit is aimed at attracting foreign investments to the state and strengthening industrial relations. He met Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce Chairman Ahmed Jassim Al Zaabi and G-42 CEO Mansoor Al Mansoori.

He received a positive response from Abu Dhabi representatives, who promised to visit AP soon and look into investment opportunities in the state. Discussions were held on the state’s development, industrial expansion, technical cooperation and investment opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, He said that Andhra Pradesh is now moving rapidly beyond the “Ease of Doing Business” stage and towards the “Speed of Doing Business”. He said that the confidence of investors has increased due to the state government’s policies, transparency and use of technology.

He said that Andhra Pradesh will be at the forefront of technology. He revealed that quantum computing services will be available in Amaravati from January. He said that this will be a step towards a technological revolution in the country.  “Amaravati will become a hub for technology, innovation and investment in the future. Innovations will reach the world from here,” said CM Chandrababu.

He invited the Abu Dhabi representatives to attend the Global Investors Summit (Partnership Conference) to be held in Visakhapatnam on November 14 and 15. He suggested that they should see firsthand the rapid steps being taken by AP towards investment.

Chandrababu Naidu in a one to one meeting with several industrial giants in Abu Dhabi said that Andhra Pradesh has abundant opportunities for investments in Food processing and Energy sectors. He discussed with representatives of Apex Investment, Masdar, Agthia Group and Lulu group.  He requested Apex Investments chairman Khalifa Khouri, Masdar CEO Md Jameel Al Ramahi to invest in the energy sector.

He said as Google is going to set up an AI data centre in Visakhapatnam, these companies can focus on the green energy sector and hotels. The Apex representatives discussed with the Chief Minister the battery storage sector and agreed to send super capacitor products to the state.  He invited the Masdar group for investments in solar, wind, green energy and battery sectors.

In a separate meeting with Agthia group CEO Salmeen Alameri and Lulu Group chairman Yusuf Ali, the Chief Minister requested them for investments in the food processing industry. He said as Choco is available in Andhra Pradesh they should focus on setting up a chocolate factory. The Chief Minister invited all the industry giants for the Visakha CII partnership summit.
