Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has called for victory rallies in all constituencies on the 12th of this month, to mark the first anniversary of the government formed after last year’s elections. Speaking in a teleconference with TDP leaders on Saturday, the Chief Minister said that the welfare schemes and development programs implemented have to be explained to the people.
He said that surveys are being conducted on the performance of everyone in the party and those who have done well will be encouraged. He warned that if anyone brings a bad name to the party and the government, they will be fired. He advised first-time MLAs to work more responsibly and they should always be available to the people and party activists.
The TDP chief cautioned them to realize that people are watching them, so be careful and they should not remain as one-time MLA. He deplored the entire state for being in despair, depression and darkness during the previous government. He accused the people of the state of having seen terrible situations and of not being able to come near the state just by hearing its name.
He said that AP was being pushed to the bottom financially due to incompetent governance. Chandrababu said that good results are coming only with the decisions we take and the people made them win unilaterally because they could not bear the previous government. He revealed that there will be surveys and reports on the performance of MPs and MLAs once every 6 months.
“If they do good, I will praise them. If they do wrong, I will distance myself,” he warned. He said that face-to-face meetings will be held with each MLA soon. He said that no matter how much anyone obstructs, the state reconstruction effort will not stop. Chandrababu said that he will give a token of `Ammaku Vandanam’ by the 12th or 14th of this month.
In this teleconference, CM Chandrababu said that he will hold a review with the NDA parties and the authorities on the same day in the evening. He said that they will discuss the programs to be undertaken in the next four years.
