CM Chandrababu Assure To provide A Government Accountable To people

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu assured that the coalition government is committed to provide governance that is accountable to the people, and he advised that all public representatives should engage with the people at the field level. As Chief Minister, he said that he will also go to a face-to-face program with the people.

Speaking in the Legislative Assembly on the last day of the budget session, the Chief Minister suggested that all the MLAs should explain the 150 days of the coalition government’s rule to the people in their constituencies.

He said that they are undertaking a program to change the living standards of the poor through Public Private People’s Partnership through P4 mode. He made it clear that his government’s aspiration is that the State should be No. 1 in the country.

Chandrababu expressed his concern that due to the previous government’s inability to manage projects, there was a situation where 4 lakh acres could not be irrigated. He said that the potholed roads in the state need to be repaired and the government will think about how to solve that problem.

 He said that currently, national highway projects worth Rs 1.2 lakh crore are to be implemented in AP, and railway line projects worth Rs 70,000 crore are also underway. The CM clarified that the first priority of the NDA alliance is Job First, which is why he signed the first signature on the recruitment of 16,300 teacher posts. He said that his government’s goal is to fill these posts through Mega DSC.

Along with these, he said that investments and employment through industrial, tourism, small scale industries and food processing are being brought, which is why new policies have been brought on these. He reminded that the State Investment Promotion Board has also approved investments of Rs 85,000 crore. He said that 34,000 jobs will come through these.

He also said that the Prime Minister will inaugurate the NTPC and AP Genco Green Hydrogen Plant with investments of Rs 1 lakh crore. He said that Reliance Bio is also going to set up compressed biogas plants, which will create 2.5 lakh jobs. He expressed hope that in the near future, investments worth Rs 3.7 lakh crore and jobs of the same level are likely to come.

Chandrababu said that a policy of giving incentives based on jobs is also being implemented in AP. He expressed anger that the previous government neglected law and order and tried to undermine it with political priorities. He was angry that the state had got a bad name due to ganja and drugs.
