Andhra Pradesh politics has taken a significant turn following the retirement of Vijaya Sai Reddy.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed the development during a press conference on Saturday, where he was discussing his recent Davos tour. When asked about Reddy’s resignation, Naidu shared his thoughts, saying, “Every political party experiences phases like this. What happens within their party is an internal matter, and I prefer not to comment. However, from my perspective, this departure shows the challenges their party is facing. Leaders who have trust in their party usually stay, while others choose their own paths.”
Naidu’s response was calm and composed, showing no real concern about the situation. He viewed it as just another political shift with no immediate effect on his administration or the governance of Andhra Pradesh.
The Chief Minister quickly redirected the media’s attention, urging them to focus on pressing issues that affect governance and the welfare of the public, rather than dwelling on internal political developments.
