The sessions of Andhra Pradesh Assembly came to a close on Friday, November 22. The proceedings were indefinitely adjourned. During the last day of the session, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu shared his intentions and visions for future development in the state.
Confident in his leadership, Chandrababu expressed his belief that he would serve as Chief Minister for a fifth term. Referring to his current tenure as “Chandrababu 4.0,” he highlighted that the public repeatedly supports leaders who genuinely work for their welfare. Drawing examples from other states with long-standing governance by single parties, he conveyed his optimism about continued success.
Addressing the Amaravati capital development, Chandrababu announced that construction would begin in December and progress swiftly. He outlined plans to complete NGO and All India Services officers’ quarters within nine months and MLA and MLC quarters within six months. He assured that Amaravati would take shape as a vibrant capital within the next three years.
Speaking on the Polavaram project, Chandrababu reiterated his government’s intentions to complete it by 2027, while terming it very essential for the state’s progress. He further went on to describe how his administration balanced development and welfare, fostered by the “Vision Swarnandhra 2027” initiative, a program to achieve the prosperous, healthy, and happy Andhra Pradesh.
The Chief Minister also urged MLAs to draft vision documents for their constituencies, detailing goals for the year 2047. He encouraged them to work towards transforming their regions and emphasized that leaders who serve selflessly are always remembered and trusted by the people.
