Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced that for the first time in the country his government is introducing a policy called `WhatsApp Governance’. Speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit in New Delhi on Saturday, he stressed the need to regulate social psychos, which are causing worry all over.
He recalled that long back, it was he who gave a report suggesting deregulation of the Telecom sector, which had led to a massive revolution in the sector. He said that information is a big treasure in this era and solutions are being sought in all sectors using artificial intelligence and deep technologies.
Chief Minister Chandrababu revealed that if we have a smartphone in our hands, we can do our work no matter where we are in the world. Speaking on the issue of population in the South, the CM said, “In the past, I gave the slogan ‘Break Silence – Talk About AIDS.’” Now I am calling for a break in silence – talk about population management”.
He said presently many countries of the world, including China and Japan, have an aging population. Currently, this problem has started in the southern states also. The fertility rate is decreasing here. Normally, if it is more than 2.1, there is no problem. Currently, the birth rate is at the borderline. If it decreases even a little, he cautioned that a problem like Japan and China will start.
India has a population of 145 crore. If we do population management, he made it clear that there will be no one in the world who will beat us. If we plan properly, he feels that 30-40 crore Indians will go to all corners of the world and do work. They will bring income to India.
Just as the British came to India and ruled, he suggested that we can also go to other countries of the world and rule those countries. Once, I made rules against contesting local body elections if you have more than two children. Now I have removed that rule. Now, it should be made that you are not eligible to contest unless you have at least two children, he added.
Chandrababu said that under Modi’s leadership, the country will become economically strong. In the coming days, India will be in the second or third place in the world. “Narendra Modi is our leader, we will move forward under his leadership. After the Haryana CM took oath, a meeting of the NDA alliance CMs was held under the leadership of the Prime Minister. In the four-hour meeting, Modi took everyone’s opinions on how to prepare for the 2029 elections”, he added.
