Chandrababu Assure To Bring Back AP From Destruction Caused By Jagan’s Regime

Alleging that the five-year regime of YS Jaganmohan Reddy led to destruction of the state in all ways, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu assured that his government would bring back development of the state. Recalling that during the last five years investors were threatened and they left away from the state, he said now they are slowly returning back.

He distributed NTR Bharosa Pensions in Puchakayala Mada village of Pattikonda mandal in Kurnool district by going house to house on Tuesday. Later speaking from Praja Vedika, he assured that pension distribution will be performed permanently.

He said that in the last five years, the bureaucracy has become weak and the state treasury was emptied and Jagan left behind a debt burden of Rs 10 lakh crore. He expressed his anguish stating that now he has to pay one lakh crores of rupees towards interests every month.

Chandrababu lamented that not even a single acre was given additional irrigation during the YCP regime and lands were looted in the name of 22A. “The 21 MPs you won have become the lifeblood of our state today. Without them, no matter how hard we worked, it would not have been useful”, he added.

Chandrababu said that a better liquor policy has been brought instead of the inferior liquor that was in the past. With the new liquor policy, he said10 percent reservation will be given to Shetti Balija, Ediga and Gowda communities. He assured that free gas cylinders will be provided to women from Diwali. Every woman will be given three free gas cylinders in a year.

The Chief Minister announced that a high court bench will be set up in Kurnool and a national highway will be built from Kurnool to Bellary soon. He said that he intended to irrigate every acre in Rayalaseema and the goal is to make AP the number one state in the country by 2047.
