CBN responded to Kandukur’s death in Public

Thursday, November 14, 2024

TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu continued his tour ‘Idem Karma Mana Rastraniki’ in the district of Nellore in Kavali the other day. Shattering all the silence, Babu opened up on the grief stampede in Kandukur that resulted in the deaths of people.

Eight people breathed their last in Kandukur while attending a road show conducted by TDP and its head Chandrababunaidu due to a heavy rush and some fell into a sewage canal. The other day was followed by a series of verbal wars and blame games from YSRCP and TDP but the latter continued its campaign. Babu who conducted another road show yesterday night in Kavali addressed the gathering and declared a compensation of 24 lakhs to the demised family. He assured and promised to take care of the victim’s families and bear all expenses for their education and future. Asking people to take care of themselves during road shows, Babu pointed out YSRCP’s poor management and AP Police’s carelessness during the stampede.

It is to be observed that CBN waited until the response of Indian Prime Minister Modi as he expressed his condolences via Twitter and Naidu reiterated the same in his speech. He opined that the PM was kind enough to be sensitive whereas our own CM tried to use the deaths to gain political mileage.
