The CBI Court today passed on a judgment regarding the accused who were presented by the CBI officials and extended their remand until this month’s end. Except for Avinash Reddy, the other seven accused from A1 to A7 will still remain within the remand of the CBI officials for further questioning.

Former MP of Kadapa, YS Vivekananda Reddy was said to be brutally murdered with an axe by a couple of men and the current MP YS Avinash Reddy & his father YS Bhaskar Reddy were the plotters of this murder. Among these, Avinash Reddy has got an anticipatory bail by the High Court with a personal bond of 5 lakhs but he has to attend an interrogation. His father Bhaskar Reddy also applied for bail but the CBI officials told the court that Bhaskar Reddy tampered with the evidence which resulted in foul play and a hurdle for the interrogation. The remaining accused (6 members ) along with Bhaskar Reddy were in remand and it ended today so the CBI officials produced them in the CBI Court. After hearings, the jury extended their remand until the 30th of June for further questioning.

The officials of CBI are looking forward to grilling all the accused along with the A8 Avinash Reddy in the murder case to solve it as soon as possible since the Supreme Court directed the CBI to finish it. Meanwhile the daughter of the victim, Sunitha is fighting against the bail of Avinash Reddy from her side to cancel it at any cost.
