BRS in Telangana has launched its full-fledged campaign in National Politics. It is banking on the ‘Women Reservation Bill’ to make its mark just like it made its own identity in Telangana by achieving a separate state. In this regard, the BRS MPs in the Parliament are all set to take a crucial step to turn the heads towards the party.
All the BRS MPs have been aggressively protesting the ‘Women Reservation Bill’ and the BRS MLC Kavitha even did a one-day protest at the Jantar Mantar which got massive support from 15 other parties of the country. Even after all these aggressive actions, the BJP Government is not in the mood to consider this Bill so the BRS MPs are reportedly planning to move the Adjournment Motion to the Speaker and utilize this chance to make the house discuss the ‘Women Reservation Bill’. When a group of MPs introduces this Adjournment Motion, according to the constitution, the Speaker has to consider the discussion or debate regarding the topic for which this motion is passed.
Meanwhile, Kavitha who is leading the ‘Bharat Jagruthi’ is said to be having round table discussions with other allies of BRS to intensify the protest on introducing this bill in the Parliament at any cost.
