BRS MLC Kavitha suspects plot Behind Removing Her As TBGKS Honorary President, when He Is In USA

BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha has alleged that there is a conspiracy behind the Telangana Coal Mine Workers Union (TBGKS) meeting being held in violation of labor laws during her visit to the US, removing her as the honorary president and declaring that former BRS minister Koppula Eshwar had been elected as the new honorary president in her place.

In this context, in a letter written from the US to Singareni workers on Thursday, she alleged that the election was held in the party office in violation of labor laws, leaving aside the technicalities of the election. However, she congratulated Koppula Eshwar, who was elected as the honorary president of the Union.

Stating that everyone should know the developments that have been happening in BRS for some time, she recalled that she had expressed the opinions expressed by various sections of people on the speech of party leader KCR at the party’s silver jubilee meeting in the form of a letter.

But, she regretted that the letter was leaked when she had previously gone on a trip to the USA. Stating that she had requested that those who were conspiring against her by leaking it be exposed, she expressed her grief that she was being treated unfairly as if it was wrong for her to question the affairs going on in the party.

Stating that it was those conspirators who were harassing her in various forms, she recalled that during her current trip to America, again a meeting of the TBGKS Central Committee was held and announced the election of a new honorary president of the Union contrary to labor laws.

She said that as part of the Telangana state achievement movement, she had been at the forefront from the beginning to bring the Singareni coal mine workers together and join them in the struggle. Kavitha alleged that while she was fighting for the welfare of the Singareni workers after the Congress party came to power in Telangana, some were conspiring against her.

Although she did not personally suffer any loss from such conspiracies, she warned that the aim of some seemed to be to remove her, who was working for the welfare of the workers, and to damage their unity.
