BJP MP CM Ramesh has made it clear that former CM and YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy is sure to go to jail in the liquor scam, but in many other issues. Stating that the SIT has left the investigation in many matters regarding liquor, he said that he is ready to tell many things related to liquor scam to the SIT as a whistleblower.
He alleged that Jagan and Co. had given high salaries to those working in liquor shops and had taken shares in them. He alleged that Jagan had taken over the distilleries by intimidating many people, threatened them and sold substandard liquor. He warned that he had technical evidence related to the liquor scam, no one can escape.
He warned Jagan and Co that they will recover the people’s money that they have looted. He said that Jagan is saying that he has taken debts of Rs. 3.32 lakh crores. He warned that the accused who fled abroad in the liquor scam will be arrested by issuing red corner notices.
MP CM Ramesh said that the investigation agencies are collecting evidence related to Jagan’s role in the liquor scam and Jagan should be ready to face the investigation. He recalled that Jagan had previously said that 30 to 40 thousand acres were needed for the construction of the capital. And now he asked how Jagan is questioning whether 50,000 acres are needed for the capital Amaravati.
The BJP MP said that all infrastructure and facilities should be established as part of the construction of the new capital. He said that all facilities including public and private sector institutions should be established. He recalled Jagan had spent Rs.540 crore to built a palace on Rushikonda in Visakhapatnam, in addition to the Tadepalli Palace and also built palaces in Bangalore.
