Several Bihar leaders are targeting Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, where assembly elections are being held, after he was mocked for saying that the DNA of the people of Bihar is inferior to that of the people of Telangana. Even the leaders of his own Congress party are angry with Revanth Reddy.
Recently, Congress leader and AICC in-charge Kanhaiya Kumar lashed out at Revanth Reddy. In the backdrop of the Bihar elections, a national media (News 24) held a press meet with Kanhaiya Kumar. Speaking on this occasion, Kanhaiya Kumar made moving comments that Revanth Reddy is a fool and an ignorant person.
He asked Revanth Reddy how he could call the people of Bihar laborers? “Those who commit theft are called thieves. Those who speak without knowledge are called fools”, Kanhaiya Kumar taunted Revanth Reddy. “Even if Revanth Reddy becomes the Chief Minister of our party, I will call him a fool. I am not afraid”, said Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar.
Earlier, Jan Suraj Party founder and former election strategist Prashant Kishor, a resident of Bihar, vowed to defeat Congress Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in the upcoming assembly elections in Telangana and cautioned that even Rahul Gandhi will not be able to save Revanth Reddy.
Prashant Kishor, who is preparing to contest the Bihar assembly elections, said in an interview given to Times Now he lamented that Revanth Reddy had insulted Biharis by mocking them and saying that the DNA of the people of Bihar is inferior to that of the people of Telangana.
“This person (Revanth) says that the DNA of Biharis is inferior to that of the people of Telangana. If that is true, then why did he ask me for help? Even Rahul Gandhi cannot save him. No one can save him. I will defeat him in the next elections,” Prashant Kishor warned.
He recalled that Revanth Reddy had come to him as a political strategist three times after taking charge as the Telangana Congress president. “Now that he has become the Chief Minister, he has insulted our Biharis,” Kishore fumed.
