The political battle between Allagadda MLA Bhuma Akhil Priya and her uncle SV Jaganmohan Reddy took ugly turn on Tuesday in Kurnool district. Her sudden visit to Vijaya Milk Dairy in Nandyal led to verbal confrontation between them. Their confrontation over the phone went viral.
Soon after reaching the dairy, Akhila Priya objected to the presence of photos of YCP chief and former CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy in the dairy. After the change of government, she expressed her anger to the staff about how they can continue Jagan’s photos.
She forced removal of Jagan’s photos, replacing Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s photos. She also expressed her anger over the removal of the late former CM NTR’s stone plaque and left it aside. She performed cleaning of that plaque with milk and reinstalled it.
She warned that those who removed the plaque would not be spared. MLA Akhiya Priya demanded action against YCP leader and Vijaya Dairy Chairman SV Jagan Mohan Reddy who removed the plaque.
She lamented that ignoring the protocol and removing the plaque with NTR’s name, is proof of the arrogance of the YCP leaders. Later, while talking to the MD of Vijaya Dairy, Akhila Priya received a phone call from the dairy chairman and her uncle SV Jaganmohan Reddy. He asked her how she sat in his chair in the dairy?
She said that she sat on the direction of the office staff. But, he became angry asking her how she could sit in his seat without his knowledge. But, unfuzzled with his anger, she remembered him in the past he too said on her chair. She became impatient and challenged him “are you threatening me? Remove me from the chair, let us see”.
Moreover, she asked “Are you calling me as my uncle? Or as Dairy Chairman?”. She further added, “It is ok if you called me uncle, but calling as Dairy Chairman, you can make a complaint against me”.
Later, she said that she will complain to the SP on the removal of plaque. Alleging several irregularities in the diary, she said that she will expose all those things.
