The Telangana Police declared that the Telangana BJP-Chief Bandi Sanjay has chalked out a plan to leak the 10th class examination paper today. After his arrest yesterday night and inquiry, they have given an official statement to the press today.
Warangal Police Commissioner AV Ranganath on Wednesday stated to the Press that Bandi Sanjay has had several telephonic conversations and chats with a person called B Prashanth who shared the leaked paper on Whatsapp to all the BJP leaders within Telangana. By acquiring all the telephonic call recordings and chats, the Commissioner declared that they had concluded that it was Bandi Sanjay’s master plan altogether. Police revealed that Sanjay had deleted a lot of his WhatsApp data and they would contact the WhatsApp offices to retrieve the data to charge him.
Stating the motivation behind this leak only to bring down the ruling party BRS, Ranganath added that they are charging Sanjay with IPC sections 120B of criminal conspiracy, 420 as cheating, and 505 as circulating documents that cause harm to society. The Commissioner cleared that they have already contacted the Lok Sabha speaker and took permission of arresting Sanjay as he is an active MP in the house. A total of four persons including Sanjay would be charged, excluding 5 who are absconding as of now and prosecuted along with a minor who would be produced in a Juvenile court.
