Union Minister Bandi Sanjay has raised objections against the Revanth Reddy-led government, accusing it of contradicting the Congress party’s manifesto by inducting MLAs from other parties. Addressing the media at the BJP office in Hyderabad, Sanjay criticized the state government for allegedly failing to implement its promises.
Bandi Sanjay pointed out discrepancies in the treatment of party defections, referencing past actions where the Congress party compelled defectors like K Keshava Rao to resign. He questioned why MLAs and MLCs who joined from the BRS were not similarly asked to step down. Bandi Sanjay also expressed concerns over the government’s response to issues such as the protests by Group-I unemployed individuals, drawing parallels between the governance approaches of the Congress and the BRS.
