Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said to the Telangana High Court that both Avinash Reddy and his father Bhaskara Reddy didn’t like the politics of YS Vivekananda Reddy. The CBI filed a counter in the Telangana High Court opposing the bail petition of Sunil Yadav, one of the accused in Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case.
The CBI said to the court that Avinash Reddy and his father had serious differences with YS Vivekananda Reddy. The CBI revealed that YS Vivekananda Reddy expected a Kadapa MP ticket for him and to YS Vijayamma or YS Sharmila, if not for him.
The CBI stated in the counter that these demands of Viveka angered Avinash Reddy and Bhaskara Reddy who conspired to kill him. They conspired with Shivashankar Reddy and assigned the task to Sunil Yadav. The Investigation Agency said to the court that Sunil Yadav could influence the witnesses or change the facts to alter the investigation if granted bail.
