Thursday, December 19, 2024

The AP CID has filed a petition earlier requesting the High Court to allow them to reopen the case of Amaravati assigned lands and the bench has already reserved the judgment.

However, the CID has once again requested the court to re-open the case and it has come to hearing today. The High Court has adjourned the CID petition to November 22. The AP CID has filed the petition based on the complaint given by Alla Ramakrishna Reddy. The AP CID has filed several cases against TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and the former AP minister Narayana. They were imposed with the prevention of the SC/ST harassment act and also the prevention of the transfer of Assigned Lands Act.

The Telugu Desam Party has once again condemned the acts of Jagan Sarkar and stated that the ruling party is desperately trying to suppress the voice of the opposition in the state of AP.
