Fresh cases are popping up against Tollywood actor Posani Krishna Murali. One such fresh case has been registered against him in CID. There are complaints against him lodged across the state, and it is one among them. He was booked based on the complaint lodged by Bandaru Vamsikrishna, representative from Andhra Pradesh Telugu Yuvatha, against Posani for making defamatory and provocative statements against Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the September press conference.
As per the complaint, Posani’s statements allegedly disrespected Chandrababu Naidu and had the potential to incite communal discord. Acting on the allegations, the CID booked Posani under sections 111, 196, 353, 299, 336(3)(4), 341, and 61(2) of the BSS Act.
Fresh trouble for the Telugu actor Posani Krishna Murali. Andhra Pradesh CID has registered a case against him, joining a bunch of complaints filed all over the state. The case is reportedly based on a complaint filed by Andhra Pradesh Telugu Yuvatha representative Bandaru Vamsikrishna against Posani Krishna Murali, stating that he made defamatory and provocative statements about the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in a press conference held way back in September.
Further criticism has been hurled at Posani for his reportedly lewd remarks against TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu, for which complaints have been pouring in from all the districts of the state.
Actress Sri Reddy, too, is under investigation for reportedly posting derogatory messages on social media against Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, Nara Lokesh, and Vangalapudi Anitha. Complaints against her are pouring in at police stations across Andhra Pradesh, stirring up the controversy even further.
