The Guntur CID police went to the Kurnool district jail with a PT warrant against Posani. To this extent, the CID police will produce Posani before the court on the PT warrant. To this extent, it has been decided to produce him virtually before the judge from the jail.
It is said that he will be moved to Guntur from there. The court has already granted bail in the cases registered against Posani Krishna Murali. In this context, at a time when he was expected to be released from jail today, Posani’s release was stopped after the CID police issued a PT warrant.
Not only the CID PT warrant, the Narasaraopet 2 Town Police of Palnadu district approached the court seeking to give Posani Krishna Murali to their custody for a week. The court has adjourned the hearing till Wednesday to file a counter on this petition.
There is a discussion about what the situation will be if the court verdict comes today and gives him custody? On the 3rd of this month, the Narasaraopet police took Posani from the Rajampet sub-jail in Annamayya district on a PT warrant and presented him in the local court.
When the court ordered remand, they approached the Narasaraopet court on the 3rd of this month, seeking to hand him over to custody for questioning for a week. When both sides heard arguments, Posani was allowed to be taken into police custody on the 8th and 9th of this month.
Two days later, the Vijayawada Bhavanipuram police took him on a PT warrant. Due to this, the Narasaraopet police could not take him into custody. With this, the Narasaraopet police filed a custody petition once again.
Meanwhile, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court in Vijayawada granted bail to Posani. Posani was also granted bail in a case registered in Adoni, Kurnool district. While everyone thought that he would be released, the CID police gave a twist.
