The most awaited budget sessions are all set to commence by the end of this month to discuss many controversial topics including the shifting of capital. With the new Governor appointed, the schedule is confirmed for the two houses of the state.
Andhra Pradesh’s new Governor Adbul Nazeer has started his work in state affairs and okayed the date of 27th of February to start the Assembly Budget sessions. The Governor shall address the two houses and start the discussions on many pending topics. Even though these sessions are like any other segments, they gained importance due to the fact that the houses shall discuss the most controversial topic of the three capital bills and also the shifting of CM’s base from Amravati to the city of Vizag to make it an executive capital. Also, the ruling party would like to discuss the upcoming mega Investors event in Visakhapatnam that has to be organized on the 3rd and 4th of March month.
Meanwhile, the opposition leaders of TDP are reading their verbal guns to confront the ruling party with many questions on the state’s governance. With these many aspects to discuss, the sessions would create a huge buzz among the AP Political circles. Also, the fact that 16 new MLCs would be added to the ruling party’s side, chances are that the bills can be passed with less friction.
