Nandamuri Tarakaratna’s wife Alekhya Reddy tweet on the X platform goes viral and became a big jolt to YCP, who expected her support to TDP, besides her close family bondage with MP Vijayasai Reddy.
“If anyone asks where I am, I will definitely be on my family’s side. I am wishing my uncle without expecting any kind of things,” Alekhya said. Through this tweet, Alekhya Reddy has made it clear that she is supporting Nandamuri Balakrishna of TDP.
Balakrishna recently filed nomination as TDP MLA candidate from Hindupur. At the same time, Alekhya Reddy’s tweet has gained importance in political circles. Balayya Babu has already won as MLA from Hindupur Constituency for two consecutive times.
Last year i.e. on 27th January 2023, TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh started a padayatra in the name of Yuvagalam at Kuppam. Tarakaratna participated in that march. But he was seriously ill and collapsed in a heap. Later he died in February after being shifted to Narayana Heart Hospital in Bangalore.
At that time Nandamuri family and Nara family stood by Alekhya family. On the other hand, YCP leader and Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy is a close relative of Alekhya Reddy. She is the daughter of his wife’s sister.
Only last month when Vijayasai Reddy spent Ugadi at her house, Alekhya’s emotional post in social media caught everyone’s attention. Alekhya said that even though he is busy with the election campaign, there is no greater happiness than having his `father figure’ Vijayasai Reddy come as a special guest’.
Keeping her bondage with Vijayasai Reddy, she is continuing her emotional bondage with Nandamuri and Nara families. Last year, after TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest by AP CID, a protest was held at NTR Bhavan in Hyderabad. By participating in this protest, Alekhya has sent a clear signal that politically she will follow her husband’s emotions.
It is known that after the sudden death of Tarakaratna, Balayya Babu announced that he will stand by the family. At that time, a photo of Balayya Babu and his son Mokshajjha with Tarakaratna’s family went viral on social media. Tarakaratna has a good relationship with Babai Balayya Babu.
