Chennai: Leading Tamil cinema star Ajith Kumar has expanded his exclusive car collection with the addition of the rare McLaren Senna, a hypercar named after the legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna, whom Ajith greatly admires. The limited-edition model, known for its iconic Marlboro livery featuring Senna’s signature, holds special significance for the actor and professional race car driver. Valued at around ₹10 crore in the international market, the McLaren Senna is set to be a prized possession in Ajith’s garage.
Ajith shared the delivery moment on his Instagram, showcasing his first glimpse of the track-ready supercar, complete with butterfly doors and a powerful 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 789 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. Only 500 units of this model were manufactured, with even rarer track-focused Senna GTR and Senna LM versions produced in limited quantities. Alongside the Senna, Ajith’s garage features other high-end vehicles including the Ferrari SF90, Porsche 911 GT3 RS, and McLaren 750S, reflecting his passion for luxury and performance automobiles.
