The ACB court has begun the hearing of arguments regarding the TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu’s bail plea and custody petition just a while ago.
Amidst dramatic situations, Chandrababu Naidu has been arrested by AP CID in a Skill Development Scam case and he has been remanded as part of the procedure. As per the latest update, it is heard that Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy has begun the arguments representing the AP CID regarding the extension of custody for Chandrababu. The CID might submit some valid evidence today which may include the specific bank transactions which were carried on at that time and the dates on which the cash was deposited into TDP accounts.
The proceedings will carry on in the context of CID’s shreds of evidence and the counter-evidence of Chandrababu’s legal team. The court will make a decision based on the duo’s arguments and the evidence.
