BRS Working President KT Rama Rao has alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy committed a financial scam of Rs 10,000 crores, in collaboration with a BJP MP, behind the HCU lands.

Stating that this matter happened without the knowledge of the Prime Minister and the Union Finance Minister, demanded that if the Center is sincere, a CVC and CBI inquiry should be conducted immediately.

KTR said that in this matter, a company called Trust Advisors Investment did brokerage for Revanth Reddy. For that, he said that a bribe of Rs 170 crore was given to the said company. He said that the Supreme Court verdicts and RBI guidelines were flouted.

He deplored that the Revanth Reddy government mortgaged the forest land, though the government does not even have the authority to mortgage or sell forest land.

Moreover, he alleged that the Congress government violated the Volta and Forest Acts. According to him, the brokerage company was brought under the leadership of a BJP MP and Revanth Anuchuti is benefiting that MP. He said that he will soon tell who that BJP MP is.

He revealed that they are writing a letter to the central investigation agencies on this matter demanding an investigation by the Center, RBI, CBI, SEBI, and SFIO. He wondered that though the TGIIC is not the owner of 400 acres, it mortgaged land that does not belong to them. Surprisingly, he said that the bank gave a loan by mortgaging fraudulent land.

KTR said that the Stamps and Registrations Department says that the value of the 400 acres of land is Rs. 5,239 crore, but the Revenue Department says that the value of the same land is Rs. 30,000 crore. He accused that they tried to take a loan by showing that there is land that does not exist.

Alleging that Revanth Reddy is committing a terrible financial robbery, he said that if the Center does not respond, it is as if there is a collusion between the Congress and the BJP.

He said that Rs10,000 crores were brought without following the RBI regulations. He questioned how ICICI Bank gave a loan for the land for the litigation? KTR alleged that the bank gave a loan to the government based on a broker without conducting a field visit.
