Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, even after 14 months of coming to power is struggling hard to get acceptability about his leadership among senior Congress leaders and several of his own ministers are busy in carrying complaints against his style of functioning to the party high-command. Still many senior Congress leaders are unable to see a former TDP leader becoming Chief Minister in their government.
At this background, a former TDP leader and present senior BRS Errabelli Dayakar Rao made a sensational claim that as many as 25 Congress MLAs hatched a plot to dethrone Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Speaking at a party meeting held at Thorrur mandal center in Mahabubabad, he said that these MLAs have united against the Chief Minister.
Asserting that the present Congress government in the state is unlikely to continue for a long, the former BRS Minister Errabelli said that this is the first sign of the collapse of the government.
He alleged that there is no connection between what Revanth Reddy says and what he does, and that even Rahul Gandhi is not in a position to give time to Revanth Reddy. He also alleged that Rahul Gandhi, who knows about Revanth Reddy’s administration, has canceled his Warangal tour two days ago.
Errabelli alleged that the Congress government has come to a situation where it is postponing the local elections due to fear of defeat. He expressed the opinion that the Congress party is a lie and that people will definitely teach the Congress party a lesson in the local body elections. He felt that the people in the state are under the impression that they made a mistake by defeating KCR.
The former minister Errabelli expressed confidence that if elections are held now, BRS will win 100 seats again. He expressed his anger that the Congress government, which came to power with fraudulent promises is still passing the time with lies. He said that no one who filed cases need to be afraid that BRS activists are being harassed by filing false cases.
Errabelli is confident that the next government is the BRS government. Moreover, he alleged that the Congress government has not spent a single rupee for development in the last 14 months.
