Arvind Kejriwal, Kavitha’s Judicial Custody Extended in Delhi Liquor Scam case

BRS MLC Kavitha, implicated in the Delhi liquor policy case, faced another setback as the Rouse Avenue special court extended her judicial custody until May 14. The court granted her permission to meet with three family members.

Similarly, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s custody was prolonged until May 20. Kavitha, arrested on March 15, along with Kejriwal, is detained in Delhi’s Tihar Jail. Meanwhile, former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been held in connection with the same case for over a year.
