Finally, the Telugu Desam Party supremo Chandrababu Naidu has got a sigh of relief in the IRR and Angallu case.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has given an interim order in the IRR case directing the officials not to arrest Chandrababu Naidu until the 16th of this month. The court has given the orders in the Angallu case as well until tomorrow. The advocates representing Chandrababu Naidu have requested the honorable court to issue interim orders and also gave their assurance that their client will cooperate to the fullest with the investigation team.
The court has asked the advocates representing the government to discuss the matter with CID and the Home Department and later they have put forward the concern objecting to the interim bail as a PT warrant has already been issued in these cases. Hearing the arguments from both sides, the court has given the interim orders in both cases.
