TRS workers and party members attacked BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind’s residence in Hyderabad on Friday. Going into the details, as we know that the BJP leader recently made some remarks against the TRS leader and Telangana CM KCR’s daughter Kavitha claiming that she is leaving the party to join Congress.
Reacting to this, TRS leaders and members who are angry at the MP barged into Arvind’s residence in Hyderabad by ransacking the furniture and breaking windows with stones and bricks, etc. They even raised slogans against Arvind for his thoughtless remarks.
Police intervened with the TRS workers after hearing the news and arrested more than 20 leaders at the scene. According to the reports by the police personnel, the Nizamabad MP was not in the house at the time.
Meanwhile, sharing all this on his Twitter handle, Arvind wrote- ‘TRS goons attacked my residence and vandalized the house. They terrorized my mother & created ruckus.’
It is known that Arvind made comments about Kavitha being in touch with the Congress Party National President Mallikarjuna Kharge. To this, Kavitha gave a serious warning to the BJP leader after these rumors came out. She claimed that Arvind is the one who’s been in touch with Congress and argued that Arvind won the last elections with the support of Congress.
